You damn oxyMORON

Life can be bitter sweet with the ups and downs and the ins and outs. When you think about it, your life, my life, is astronomically small compared to all that have passed and is to come. Life for me is brilliantly dull, its almost candid really, i am doing nothing, with my eyes wide shut to the world. I had a once fail safe idea of basically living dead, i.e. creating nothing but boring excitement to keep myself out of trouble…that didn’t work. The numbing sensation i felt told me that wasn’t the way to go, it was best to live life to the fullest.

Living in Jamaica is sometimes like being born dead to the world, no one can hear you scream, no one to rescue you from the abundant poverty. I am talking about the quiet screams i hear daily from the unknown neighbors of my island home. It is a sure bet that these calls will go unanswered, a people without a voice, stuck in the chasms of poverty.

Spending your life collecting priceless junk, is not the way forward but only a way to remain dynamically still. Nothing much will come of it, rather, gather knowledge and feed your mind. The only choice we as a people have is to discover our mutual differences and work towards solving them. Don’t live in eternal exile seek answers, find truths, free your mind.

Stop being a damn oxyMORON, dont contradict yourself and stand firm in your beliefs, the future is pretty ugly and someone who isn’t sure of where he/she is going will be found missing. keep written thought, remember your life is recorded live, no rewind, no fast forward only play, burn a copy and i hope what you like what you see, but try not to live in the past like a living fossil. Can you agree to disagree with me? prove me wrong, show me that there isn’t an accurate stereotype, give me hope, hope that in the near future you and an oxyMORON like me, will not be doing nothing, but achieving something, bettering the life of others around us.

I am a mystery wrapped in a riddle, seen by all known by few, The one always apart in company yet never alone in solitude.

I actually can relate with you on this blog. I agree to not disagree. There is hope in that there are many others out there who feel the same way you do. And the fact that you wish to achieve something and better lives of others around you is a starting point and means you are already halfway there.

P.S.If you want you can talk to me……(smiling)
