10. Home Alone (1990)

OK its time to tone down this list and move to something a bit more family oriented.

Back when Macaulay Culkin was a cute little kid playing 8 year old Kevin, he was left home alone by a family who went on Christmas vacation. You would think that he would curl up in a ball and start crying for his mommy right? Wrong.  In a twist he pretty much enjoyed his time alone doing things that he normally couldn’t such as, shave, go into his older brothers room and go shopping for supplies. But his biggest achievement was preventing two bumbling thieves from robbing his home on Christmas eve. With all the boobie traps, sound effects and comic genius, these thieves didn’t stand a chance. A classic Christmas family movie Home Alone never gets old.
